Happy Birthday America this top was made with your birthday in mind! We are here to celebrate you! This lovely fabric is 100% cotton and was washed and dried before being sewn. Fabric was taken from a pillow case and transformed into a darling flag top with lace all around. 

Please keep in mind that all items are handmade and made of previously loved fabrics. Therefore sometimes a lack of perfection adds more charm to the item.

Measurements - With shirt laying flat.
